• From the south via the A16 (Taranto Pescara): exit at Cerignola Est and continue towards Manfredonia, then take the junction for San Giovanni Rotondo.

By bus
• San Giovanni Rotondo is served by SITA buses, which connect the town with many nearby locations.
• There are also long-distance lines operated by Ferrovie del Gargano, with direct connections from cities such as Rome, Turin, Milan, Bologna, and other cities in northern Italy.

By train
• The nearest railway station is Foggia.

By plane
• The nearest airport is Foggia's Gino Lisa Airport, about 40 km from San Giovanni Rotondo.
